Move foods into the meal where they belong

Choose the destination

Open a food’s grouping controls and choose Move food. Browse meals for the selected day and pick the meal that should contain the food.

Create a meal when needed

If the right meal does not exist, create a new one from the move flow. Set its date and time, and use the default name or enter your own.

Keep totals connected

After a move, the source and destination meals reflect their new foods. Moving a food does not request another nutrition analysis.

How to move a food

1. Open a food and choose Move food in its grouping controls.
2. Choose an existing meal, or set up a new one.
3. Confirm the move and check the destination meal.

Nutrition values from photos and descriptions are estimates and can be edited.
