Approved credits do not expire and do not change your plan.

Who can earn referral credits?

Free and Pro members can share a referral link and submit claims while the program is active. Your friend must be new to BiteMemo and create their account through your personal link.

What can I use the credits for?

Each credit gives you one bonus AI meal analysis. Approved referral credits do not expire. They do not start a Pro subscription or change your plan.

When will we receive the credits?

Your friend must verify their email, complete a successful AI meal analysis, and log confirmed meals on 3 different days within 14 days of signup. A referral can qualify no earlier than day 7. After you submit it for review and it is approved, you receive 10 credits and your friend receives 5.

How does the referral limit work?

A reward place is reserved when a new account is attributed to your link. You can reserve up to 3 places in a rolling 30-day period and 10 places under the current policy. Once capacity is full, later signups do not create a queued reward obligation. A final rejected claim releases its place. Existing referrals keep the terms recorded when the friend joined.

Can I refer someone who already has an account?

No. Referrals apply only when a new account is created through a personal referral link. They cannot be added retroactively to an existing account.

Why has my friend not appeared yet?

Your friend needs to open your personal link before creating their account. The first valid referral link they open is kept for 30 days. If they opened someone else’s link first, their signup may be attributed to that person. Check the progress in Referrals after they join.
